1. What we collect

Your email address and the data we extract from your documents (vendor names, amounts, dates, line items, and similar fields).

We do not store the original uploaded documents. Once we read a file and pull the data out of it, the file itself is removed from our servers.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide the document extraction service. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

3. You own your data

Export everything anytime via CSV or Excel from your dashboard. You can delete your account and all of your data permanently at any time.

4. Where it's stored

US-based servers. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
